big on efficiencies, low on cost

Save up to 20% on your fuel bills with Route Monkey scheduling and optimisation software solutions.

fully dynamic

Our fully dynamic scheduling software efficiently matches your jobs against your resources in real-time or on a pre-plan basis. Simply import your data, geo-code your orders and optimise. In just minutes Route Monkey will deliver a schedule based upon the lowest cumulative miles to carry out your workload, at the most economical cost and with the greatest vehicle utilisation. Time windows, quantity, fixed visit duration, capacity, costs, skill set, working time directive and speed are just a few of the parameters that are taken into account when producing results

semi dynamic

As with our fully dynamic scheduling application, our semi-dynamic version optimises your data based upon the lowest miles possible, with the least cost to you, while maximising your resources. However, you are also able to manually select your orders and allocate them to the nominated resources before you optimise, giving you greater control and flexibility for situations that demand human intervention. Route Monkey still produces a schedule in the same way as our fully dynamic version, but will alert you if what you have manually selected is not possible

optimisation

Route optimisation is a more simple form of scheduling, designed to help fleets conduct runs in the best logistical order or redefine set routes for greater efficiency. Simply import your orders, set up your resources and optimise. You can match specific resources against routes and produce a manifest, job list, run sheet, or details sent onto a nominated PDA device. This also applies to our fully and semi dynamic versions
